Senior Financial Services Officer

• Review the completeness and validity of documents submitted by guests
• Ability to review customer information and make correct judgments after underwriting in accordance with insurance-related operating guidelines
• Have the ability to make decisions and determine whether the customer is eligible for insurance based on the customer's risk index
• Follow up with the branch sales manager in a timely manner on the completeness of the customer’s policy information
• Implement relevant HSBC internal control standards and group compliance policies

• College degree or above
• Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English
• Good team spirit
• High integrity and professionalism
• Strong communication and expression skills

• Ability to withstand certain work pressure and complete daily tasks within specified time
