Job Description:

Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst role at Wells Fargo supporting International Markets. The position involves financial research, reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support management decision-making for the business.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in financial research and reporting
Forecast analysis of key metrics
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Research moderate to complex financial data
Create and communicate product pricing and portfolio performance activities
Guide key metrics forecasting and validation
Present recommendations for forecasting projections
Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards
Collaborate with peers, colleagues and managers
Support International FP&A team including analysis over Revenue, cost, income attribution & transfer pricing
Support International Markets and Banking Business Leaders on ad-hoc requests
Provide support for FP&A consolidation team
Manage and simplify complex regional management reporting
Enhance sales credit reporting
Enhance Direct Cost Reporting and Forecasting
Provide detailed variance analysis
Develop processes and infrastructure controls
Complete monthly international management hierarchy reviews
Ensure all models & EUCT are identified and documented

Requirements:

4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Experience with Essbase and Management ledger
Financial Services business finance reporting experience
FP&A Central/consolidation exposure for multiple regions/business
Progressive track record of management reporting experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills
Automation/Simplification exposure (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI)
Hyperion (Essbase) skills

Nice to have:
