Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Time Senior FP&A Analyst to join our FP&A team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the core functions of this role will be to assist and help lead the annual budget & reforecasts cycles, own and maintain various Excel Models and to help guide and mentor the team & wider business on best practice financial acumen. This is a highly visible role, suited to someone wanting to progress their career, with immediate and ongoing exposure to C-Suite & Senior Leadership members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support & Lead segments of end-to-end annual budgeting cycle, reforecasts, and long-term financial planning
  • Own, develop, and maintain various financial models: Key Business Drivers, OPEX, Cashflow & 3-Way Outlook
  • Deliver actionable insights through detailed analysis of financial and non-financial data
  • Perform ad-hoc & on-point analysis for Shareholders, C-Suite / Senior Leadership members

Requirements:

  • CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) with at least 5+ years’ experience in a financial analytical role
  • Advanced Excel
  • Intermediate Powerpoint & report writing skills
  • Be comfortable working for periods autonomously as well as collaborating across multiple teams
  • Able to foster and develop relationships with various levels of management and personnel
