Job Description:

Citi Finance is responsible for the firm's financial management and controls. This senior-level position supports the Asia South Cluster Executive Decision Support and Legal Entity Analysis team, delivering financial objectives, analysis, and strategic support in alignment with Citi's standards.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting the business / function in their efforts to establish and deliver financial objectives related to revenues, expenses, return on investment, and capital
supporting short- and long-term budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
partnering with Asia South Cluster / Country Business Execution teams to identify impacts and corrective actions for variances to financial plans
developing and maintaining a strong understanding of Asia South Cluster Client Financials
providing insightful analysis and challenge to inform the business' strategic and financial plans
assisting in preparation of Quarterly Business Review materials
supporting development of business cases and analysis
managing expense trends and opportunities, revenues impact, and benchmarking performance

Requirements:

10+ years of experience
financial management experience, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analytics, and analysis
strong analytical and communication skills
proven ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
