Job Description:

As a Senior Financial Controller at TUI, you’ll play a pivotal role in our ongoing transformation within the Markets & Airline organisation. Job Responsibility:

Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles for TUI Norway, ensuring integrity of financial results in accordance with Group policy and compliance guidelines
Take ownership of Norwegian annual reports, tax returns, and corporation tax payments to maintain full compliance with local and federal government requirements
Handle Norwegian payroll accounting and balance sheet reconciliations to fulfil TUI's employer responsibilities
Coordinate insurance matters for TUI Nordic in collaboration with TUI Group to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date coverage
Participate in and drive various projects with a focus on potential tax effects and internal efficiency initiatives
Work closely with internal stakeholders across the Nordic Finance team and external partners including tax authorities and auditors

Requirements:

You hold a relevant degree in a Finance-related field (minimum Bachelor's degree preferred) with a proven track record in similar senior financial controller roles
You possess senior knowledge of accounting principles, Norwegian corporate tax, and VAT regulations
You have solid experience creating financial statements for a Group company and managing month-end/year-end close processes
You demonstrate excellent accounting software skills and strong numerical and analytical abilities
You communicate fluently in both Norwegian and English, with excellent written and verbal skills
You thrive in collaborative environments, working with diverse stakeholders across different countries and functions
