Job Description

Drive financial excellence as Senior Financial Controller! Own closing, reporting, and ERP improvements that shape Haypp Group’s growth. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the local closing process for one or more business units, while also playing a central part in group reporting and consolidation. You will work hands-on with accounting, reporting, and financial systems, and have a real opportunity to drive improvements in processes, structure, and data quality as the business continues to grow and evolve.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process (K3) for one or more business units
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure a deep understanding of both the BS and the P&L from an accounting and business perspective
  • Prepare manual journals in ERP (NetSuite) and produce local financial statements
  • Act as NetSuite technical administrator, including role setup and continuously drive system improvements
  • Maintain contact with local accounting firms and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Participate in the group consolidation process on a monthly basis
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly external reports together with the group finance team
  • Proactively identify risks, improve processes, and support high-quality financial reporting

Requirements

  • Solid experience of end-to-end closing and accounting in medium to large companies (K3)
  • Strong technical system knowledge, including experience as a system administrator in NetSuite
  • Ability to work independently with local accounting and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Basic experience in group consolidation in Aaro
  • Experience from a First North–listed company
  • Experience working with international markets
