The Senior Financial Business Analyst plays a key role in leading the analytical execution and continuous improvement of the customer reconciliation program. This role is intended for an experienced analyst who can independently assess complex data sets, deeply understand end-to-end business processes, and proactively identify risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. The primary focus of this role is advanced financial analysis, reconciliation accuracy, reporting integrity, and process optimization. The Senior Analyst is expected to operate with minimal guidance, influence cross-functional partners, and deliver data-driven insights that support both operational execution and strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Lead complex financial analysis and reconciliation activities for Customer Controlled Parts (CCPs)
Manage multiple reconciliation and reporting cycles simultaneously
Collect, organize, and analyze large, multi-source datasets
Design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical reports, dashboards, and models
Act as the central point of coordination for cross-functional inputs
Proactively identify risks and escalate issues early
Drive continuous process improvements
Maintain deep understanding of system dependencies, workflows, and integrations
Serve as the primary communicator for reconciliation activities
Support leadership in evaluating the financial and operational impact of new CCP programs, system enhancements, or policy changes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliation, accounting operations, or similar analytical roles
Experience working with an external client
Strong experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources
