You’ll serve as a strategic finance partner to operations—bringing strong cost accounting fundamentals, sharp analytical thinking, and business insight to drive profitability, cost transparency, and smarter decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes
Own forecasting cycles and deliver detailed variance analysis
Build financial models to support scenario planning and capital investment
Analyze manufacturing performance, COGS trends, overhead absorption, and inventory impacts
Develop and track KPIs across cost, efficiency, throughput, and quality
Maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that translate data into actionable insights
Identify operational risks and opportunities with clear financial impact
Act as the primary finance advisor to operations and supply chain leaders
Develop ROI, payback, and NPV models for equipment and process investments
Present concise, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
Streamline financial processes and improve governance across operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of FP&A or operations finance experience (manufacturing strongly preferred)
