Job Description:

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a collaborative team supporting plant leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and decision support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with operations, influencing business decisions, and being part of a strong culture in a company that is continuing to expand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and decision support
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting for the site
  • Analyze plant performance, cost trends, margins, and operational KPIs
  • Partner with operations to identify cost savings and efficiency opportunities
  • Support standard costing and cost accounting activities, including inventory analysis and controls
  • Prepare capex models, business cases, and scenario analysis for operational investments
  • Support ERP implementation efforts, including costing and reporting processes
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into plant and financial performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in plant finance, manufacturing FP&A, or operational finance
  • Strong background in standard costing and cost accounting
  • Experience partnering directly with plant or operations leaders
  • Exposure to ERP or EPM implementation in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills
