Job Description:

Use your expertise in finance and accounting to analyze the financial performance of business units (construction and manufacturing), quickly identify areas of loss, initiate strategic discussions with management, and optimize analysis processes using new technologies (e.g. Power BI).

Job Responsibility:

Rigorous financial analysis: Review subsidiaries' financial statements to ensure compliance, accuracy and alignment with internal policies
KPI development: Create and monitor financial indicators to detect variances and trends
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with business units to structure performance reviews
Process optimization: Improve consolidation, analytical reporting and financial presentation processes
Strategic support: Contribute to the production of management reports
Compliance and standardization: Participate in unit accounting standardization and ensure compliance with internal controls

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
CPA or CFA strongly preferred
5 to 7 years in accounting with a solid specialization in financial analysis
Proficiency in analysis and visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Autonomy, rigor and organizational skills
Results-oriented and problem-solving
Ability to evolve in a demanding and dynamic environment
