Job Description:

Elevate your career as a Senior Financial Analyst. Lead comprehensive financial planning, intricate reporting, and high-impact strategic initiatives, providing critical insights to executive leadership and clients.

Job Responsibility:

Projection of financial statements (BS, P&L, Cash flow statements) for multiple years
Develop complex financial models to support business decisions
Provide guidance / alerts to Business on Operational and key financial indicators like Revenue, Margin, Margin % etc
Analyze and explain spending variances to budget / forecast
Review financial results with Finance and departmental management
Provide ad hoc analysis as requested by the management
Maintain Industry Comparables model to benchmark and analyze business performance against key competitors
Track industry news and activities, assessing value & impact to customer’s business goals

Requirements:

CA / CPA / CFA / MBA
Excellent Communication skills
5 – 8 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis: Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis & Reporting
Strong Financial modeling skills
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent MS-Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proven mentorship capabilities
