Job Description:

Roku is changing how the world watches TV. Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Roku is looking for an outstanding Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Platform Finance team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Platform FP&A, this role will play a critical role in providing senior management with an assessment of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of business performance and trends, risks and opportunities, and communication of business insights. This role will play a key role in Strategic Finance support for the Platform business. This is an individual contributor role based out of New York City.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive dashboards
  • Track and synthesize key Platform metrics
  • Manage headcount and non-HC OPEX for the Platform business
  • Support recurring FP&A processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Business Unit FP&A and corporate Finance teams
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and analytical infrastructure — leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Background in tech and/or media strongly preferred
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling and Excel
  • Experience with BI/data tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, SQL) a plus
  • Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
  • Exceptional communicator
  • Operates at every altitude
  • High ownership, low ego
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision
  • Curious
