Position Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst for CVS Shared Services, Real Estate Facilities, and Data Centers is a key partner in driving operational performance and financial discipline across capital programs. This role supports the Construction, Properties, and Facilities organizations by providing budget, forecast, and reporting oversight for capital projects and programs, ensuring accurate tracking of spend, commitments, and variances. The analyst analyzes project trends, develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations, and delivers clear, data-driven insights to support decision-making across Retail and Non-Retail business units. Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional partners, this role serves as a financial project manager to ensure data integrity, effective project and expense reporting, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
