Senior Financial Analyst

• Develop and monitor budget and forecast information for the organization
• Complete month-end close activities to ensure expenditures are accurately captured and recorded
• Provide detailed analysis of variances to budget and forecast, with a focus on identifying gaps and supporting resolution
• Contribute financial data to business plans, strategic plans, and organizational reviews
• Partner with Operations and Corporate teams to support decision-making through forecasting, business case development, and strategic analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and financial reports
• Facilitate and coordinate reviews and audits by outside institutions or agencies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting operations and improve department processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
• MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and drive resolution
• Ability to communicate complex financial data in clear, easy-to-understand language
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
