Senior Financial Analyst

• Work directly with the Director of Finance to prepare operations analysis and reports
• Support all facets of the business operations including monthly P&L statements and all financial reporting
• Support the day-to-day accounting processes including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Support annual operating budget and quarterly reviews vs plan
• Manage the finance and payroll team and responsibilities
• Daily reconciliation of cash and credit card transactions
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial forecasts for comparison to budget
• Support the monthly inventory process and perform in-depth cost of goods analysis
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Ensure a timely and accurate month-end closing process
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial results, forecasts, and externally required financial reports
• Provide insights based on trends in the operation and financial performance of the venue
• Participate in the planning and administration of the annual budget process including detailed review of departmental budget submissions
• Have a thorough understanding of, and the ability to review contracts
• Build solid working relationships with business and department leaders
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in public accounting, sports, live entertainment, or hospitality industry
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required – CPA preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office software required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail essential
• Must be highly analytical, can think creatively, and understand complex business dynamics
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
• Knowledge of point of sale systems including Clover, MS Dynamics D365 and payroll systems a plus
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays
