Job Responsibility:
Validate and process position change requests to ensure alignment with approved headcount movements
Reconcile headcount changes and maintain accurate documentation across various position identifiers
Create and maintain dashboards to summarize trends related to position and rate changes
Conduct monthly reporting and analysis, including reviewing open rates and identifying rate variances
Analyze structured datasets to support financial reporting and decision-making
Collaborate with the finance team to provide insights into workforce cost tracking
Perform detailed variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions
Utilize data mining techniques to uncover trends and enhance reporting processes
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support organizational objectives
