Job Description:

An exciting contract opportunity for Senior Financial Analyst/Financial Analyst to join a dynamic team for an ASX listed organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for month-end close processes, budgeting, and forecasting activities, driving financial decision-making and supporting business performance across various departments.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs for budget and forecast planning
Analyze financial trends and variances to ensure alignment with business objectives
Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior management

Requirements:

Strong experience in financial analysis, with a focus on month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting
Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA) highly desirable
Proven ability to handle complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
