Senior Financial Analyst for a manufacturing company with solid organic growth. As a pivotal member of the organization, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of the unit's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes
Create and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze program margins, spend, utilization and investment decisions
Oversee annual budget preparation and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, presentations, and forecasts to key stakeholders
Utilize Power BI to enhance enterprise business intelligence and data visualization capabilities
Evaluate accounting entries regarding revenue recognition and project costs
Provide strategic input and lead presentations to the business
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategy and operational improvements
Travel up to 5% to support business initiatives and maintain strong partnerships
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a manufacturing environment - required
Proficiency in developing and managing complex financial models
Strong expertise in annual budget processes and cash flow forecasting
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports and presentations
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence
Knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition guidance
High performer to uphold the culture of excellence and accountability
Must have experience and understanding of a manufacturing environment
