Job Description:

This position offers a unique opportunity to make an impact on business strategies through detailed financial analysis and reporting. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert insights to guide decision-making and drive profitability.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analyses, trend identification, and forecasting, to support executive decision-making
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend actionable strategies
Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate preparation of financial statements
Analyze market trends and their impact on company performance and future planning
Develop and optimize financial models to assess business opportunities
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or MBA preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel
Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic forecasting
Ability to handle complex data sets and draw meaningful insights from large volumes of information
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and simplify complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Nice to have:

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI platforms
Epicor and/or Anaplan
