We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial analysis, reporting enhancements, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in working with large datasets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support organizational goals
Conduct detailed analyses of financial performance, including profit and loss statements, operational metrics, and cost drivers
Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key business metrics across sales, operations, and corporate finance
Enhance reporting and analytics tools using platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, and Access
Extract, analyze, and interpret data from enterprise systems, including Datacor, to inform business decisions
Perform capital project evaluations, financial modeling, and assessments of strategic initiatives
Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities and other company-wide strategic projects
Collaborate with operations, sales, and leadership teams to identify trends and recommend improvement opportunities
Streamline and automate financial reporting processes and workflows for greater efficiency
Present financial insights and actionable recommendations to management and guide best practices within the FP&A team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A or financial analysis roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and complex formulas
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Access for data visualization and workflow automation
Experience working with enterprise systems like Datacor, with an ability to analyze large datasets
Strong understanding of financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) analysis
Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to have:
Background in chemical, manufacturing, distribution, or water treatment industries is preferred
