Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in FP&A consulting to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, revenue analytics, and forecasting, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality outputs within tight deadlines. Based in Dallas, Texas, this position offers the opportunity to work on impactful budgeting and revenue analysis initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models in Excel to support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue analysis
  • Conduct hands-on revenue analytics by evaluating customer, product, and channel data to identify volume, price, and mix drivers
  • Build annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and reforecasts independently, ensuring accuracy and scalability
  • Present and explain financial models, assumptions, and outcomes to senior finance leaders with clarity and precision
  • Set up and document revenue forecasting models, focusing on revenue streams and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Deliver on short-term financial analysis tasks as part of consulting engagements, adapting quickly to new environments and requirements
  • Provide insights into Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) revenue streams, including forecasting and scenario planning
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create clean, scalable templates and organize data flows effectively

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry and its revenue structures is mandatory

  • Hands-on experience in revenue analytics, including the ability to analyze and interpret key business drivers
  • Strong background in budgeting and forecasting, with demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula writing, data structuring, and model optimization
  • Experience in FP&A consulting or short-term operational roles, delivering results in dynamic environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to senior leadership
