Senior Financial Analyst

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making processes
• Analyze budget forecasts and evaluate performance against key financial targets
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies in financial results
• Generate ad hoc financial reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Utilize data mining techniques to uncover patterns and opportunities within financial data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cash forecasting and rolling forecasts
• Leverage NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel skills to streamline financial reporting
• Assist in driving continuous improvement in financial analysis processes and tools
• Provide recommendations to optimize budgeting and forecasting strategies
• Monitor and assess financial risks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

• A degree in finance or accounting is required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NetSuite
• Solid understanding of data mining techniques and their application in financial analysis
• Ability to generate and interpret ad hoc financial reports
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams
