Senior Financial Analyst

• Generate comprehensive financial reports and analyses on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis for executive leadership and other stakeholders
• Update monthly performance reports, comparing actual results to budgets and prior-year benchmarks
• Evaluate sales trends and operational data to establish key assumptions for budgets, mid-year plans, and forecasts
• Prepare and deliver management reports and presentations that highlight critical data trends and business opportunities
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling to assess the impact of new initiatives, offering strategic recommendations
• Collaborate on the implementation of advanced tools for budgeting and forecasting processes
• Communicate key financial insights effectively to management, facilitating discussions and negotiations
• Develop financial summaries, including text, graphs, and schedules, for senior management presentations
• Utilize and maintain in-house financial systems to create and manage reports and models
• Provide training to team members on the use of financial systems and tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including multi-spreadsheet linking and VBA functionalities
• Familiarity with financial systems such as TM1, Power BI, SQL, and Oracle
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts
• Ability to mine and analyze data to produce impactful management reports
• Must have global/international finance experience
