Job Responsibility
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide insights into the organization's financial performance and trends
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met
Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow projections, monitor liquidity, and optimize working capital to support operational needs
Financial Strategy and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and resource allocation
Requirements
CPA (Canada) is a must
Proven experience in finance with strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with advanced proficiency in financial software
