Job Description:

Join a leading commercial real estate firm as a Senior Financial Analyst. Apply your expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and portfolio management. Are you a financial analyst with a passion for commercial real estate, investment analysis, and portfolio management? Our client, a leading organization in the real estate investment and development sector, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team. This is your chance to work on high-impact projects, leverage advanced financial modeling, and influence strategic decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and maintain financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions, and capital expenditure proposals
Prepare quarterly forecasts, budget analysis, and performance reporting for a diverse property portfolio
Collaborate with asset management, development teams, and investment committees to evaluate underwriting opportunities
Consolidate and analyze data on NOI, occupancy rates, portfolio risk, and NAV benchmarks
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, lease alternative modeling, and capital evaluation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong analytical skills with the ability to define problems, collect relevant data, and identify actionable solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new software and technologies
Customer service-oriented mindset, with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams

Nice to have:

Experience with financial analysis software such as Argus and Yardi is preferred
