Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Bartlett, Tennessee. This role requires a highly skilled individual in financial analysis, modeling, and data visualization to support strategic business decisions. You will play a critical role in driving financial planning and performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and execution of annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, working closely with department leaders to create accurate financial plans
Design, refine, and manage complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and performance assessments
Analyze extensive financial and operational datasets to uncover trends, risks, and areas of opportunity
Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, and Procurement to deliver insights into key performance drivers and metrics
Create executive-level dashboards and presentations to effectively communicate financial outcomes and variance analyses
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to inform business decisions, investment strategies, and cost-saving measures
Ensure the consistency and reliability of financial data across systems, maintaining data integrity
Utilize business intelligence tools like Tableau or Domo to automate reporting processes and enhance data visualization capabilities

Requirements:

Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling, with a strong ability to interpret complex data
Expertise in variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting
Proficiency in data mining techniques to identify actionable insights
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial planning and analysis
Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Domo to create automated reports and visualizations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills for presenting financial findings to stakeholders
