Senior Financial Analyst

• Create, refine, and manage financial forecasts, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
• Collaborate with various departments during the annual budgeting process and re-forecast cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals
• Generate and distribute regular financial reports, operational updates, and inventory supply chain analyses
• Partner with inventory management teams to conduct in-depth inventory analysis and provide actionable insights
• Support and maintain the company's financial enterprise tool, Adaptive, while assisting end-users with troubleshooting and training
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across financial operations
• Analyze complex financial data to guide decision-making and optimize company performance
• Communicate financial findings clearly to senior leadership, fostering informed strategic planning

• Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting
• Strong proficiency in variance analysis and ad hoc financial reporting
• Expertise in data mining techniques to extract actionable insights
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting financial insights to senior management
