Senior Financial Analyst

• Prepare and facilitate monthly operating performance reviews, providing actionable insights and documentation to achieve financial objectives
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics, developing strategic scorecards to monitor organizational progress toward goals
• Create and analyze business cases through comprehensive financial modeling and in-depth analysis to guide decision-making and evaluate opportunities
• Conduct complex financial and statistical analyses to maximize productivity, cost efficiency, and operational outcomes
• Deliver timely ad-hoc financial analysis to support organizational initiatives and ensure data accuracy
• Manage the progress of projects, identifying bottlenecks and communicating status updates to stakeholders
• Educate and train team members on financial systems, tools, and the interpretation of financial reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals and improve financial processes
• Monitor operational results against expectations and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide expert support in creating and maintaining accurate financial reports and documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• equivalent experience may be considered
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex financial modeling and statistical analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with financial systems and tools, along with the ability to train others in their effective use
• Proven track record of identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
