Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as a key resource for projects within the marketing group
  • Participating in the month-end closing process
  • Performing required account reconciliations
  • Assisting in the improvement, documentation, and implementation of accounting processes and internal controls
  • Contributing to various special projects (various analyses, budget preparation, etc.)
  • Coaching and supervising two specialized clerks.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree and/or recognized accounting designation with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite (advanced Excel formulas, VBA, Power Query is an asset)
  • Experience with internal control concepts is a plus.
