Job Description:

Join CVS Health as a Senior Financial Analyst – Enterprise Technology. We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain accurate financial records for the Enterprise Technology capital portfolio in compliance with GAAP standards
Analyze monthly financial results, trends, and key performance metrics
Communicate key drivers behind variances from forecast, budget, and prior year actuals
Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and meeting tight corporate deadlines
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic enterprise and corporate system initiatives
Lead special finance projects and respond to ad-hoc requests from leadership

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis
Experience with a large ERP financial systems such as Hyperion and SAP
Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel with Power Query and/or Power BI, Pivot Tables, AI) or other data platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL, macros)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to have:

Experience in capital planning or project management
Preferred fields of study: Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
