Senior Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance, GCA & Distribution

• Provides direct support to the Corporate Account (G)CAMs in the financial management and administration of the Corporate Accounts business
• Act as finance business partner for the Distribution organization, supporting contract discussions, profitability insights and process alignments
• Support bill back implementation process, as project coordinator
• Presentation and routing of proposals for management approvals when required
• Monitors cost guarantee and flat-fee programs, including identification of excess product consumption, and providing corrective action recommendations
• Reviews and approves customer refunds in accordance with contract terms
• Partner with the Global Corporate Account Sales associates to understand and communicate the impact of their sales activity
• Drive process improvement and best practices within the commercial finance team
• Project work and various ad hoc analyses as needed

• Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience (P&A, Controlling, Commercial Finance roles)
• English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Ability to create strong cross-functional relationships
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
