The Senior Financial Analysis Manager – Commercial Finance position will partner with Global and Corporate Account EU and US sales organizations in the financial management and administration of the corporate account business. The emphasis of this position is to understand the Global and Corporate Account customer programs, act as a financial and business consultant, and grow and protect the corporate account customer base while increasing profitability. This position will prepare analysis and create insights specifically tailored to corporate account commercial arrangements. The position has direct supervision of analysts.
Job Responsibility:
Provides direct support to the EU Corporate Account (G)CAMs in the financial management and administration of the Corporate Accounts business
Presentation and routing of proposals for management approvals when required
Monitors cost guarantee and flat-fee programs
Reviews and approves customer refunds in accordance with contract terms
Partner with the Global and Corporate Account Sales associates to understand and communicate the impact of their sales activity
Drive process improvement and best practices within the commercial finance team
Project work and various ad hoc analyses as needed
Talent and team development are a significant requirement of the position—coaching and development for 3 direct reports, with a total of 6 team members
Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
7+ years of relevant work experience (P&A, Controlling roles)
English fluency with strong written and verbal communication skills
Supervisory experience
Ability to create strong cross-functional relationships
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
