Job Responsibility

  • Drive Business Service Organization (BSO) improvements, provide insights and analysis
  • Build BSO awareness and capabilities across organization
  • Be single point of contact for Auditors (Internal and External) and supply relevant audit evidence as needed
  • Be owner of local Chart of Authority and local policies and procedures. Update and maintain as applicable
  • Identify and drive process improvements bringing more efficiency in BSO-Country collaboration
  • Principal point of contact for BSO in helping to resolve issues/queries
