The Senior Finance Manager will lead and execute core finance processes across forecast, planning, and Go-To-Market (GTM) for Copilot, focusing on M365 Copilot and Copilot Chat in the SME&C segments. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the WW STU GTM team and consolidate insights related to Copilot, partner on sales strategy and execution with the business, Field controllers, driving impactful insight across the end to end Copilot in SME&C, related sales motions, usage and opportunity identification.
Job Responsibility:
Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans, and economic transactions
Prepares and summarizes recommendations
Generates relevant and actionable insights to drive the business forward
Works directly with business partners to translate top-down targets to an accountable budget for each group
Completes and reviews analysis, modeling, and research to support preliminary and adjusted forecast cycles
Conceptualizes and designs new approaches and metrics to how relevant financial data is collected and evaluated to impact future outcomes and decisions
Performs risk management practices by analyzing the data management flows/sources for completeness and accuracy
Acts as subject matter expert for defining cross CSA frameworks
Consults with business leaders on implications of results, operating revenue and GTM KPIs
Provides guidance to achieving objectives and maximizing return-on-investment
Shares business insights and advances solutions and action plans to drive business and commercial leader goals and short-term accountabilities
Provides credible insights into industry benchmarks and consumer trends, performance improvements, and growth
Applies understanding of the broader Microsoft context to offer solutions to ensure organizational objectives are met
Develops and manages strategies to proactively mitigate, or reactively address, potential adverse effects of macroeconomic and/or geopolitical risks
Articulates a comprehensive view of financial results and approaches leaders can implement
Develops and leverages relationships with business partners to bolster sales, and to understand and manage business risk
Designs and negotiate solutions to complex financial issues with business partners
Applies understanding of advanced technology to accomplish business goals and to provide greater depth of analysis
Understands the interconnections between data, information, and results and translates this into forward-looking narratives and forecasts

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
