As the Senior Finance Manager for Global Service, you will serve as the primary finance partner to Baxter’s Global Service organization—supporting a business of roughly $400M in annual revenue that is growing and evolving quickly. You will work directly with our Vice President of Global Service, and sit on his leadership team, providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and operational partnership across Care and Connectivity Solutions (CCS), Front Line Care (FLC), and Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITT). Because Global Service supports nearly every part of Baxter, this role offers broad exposure across regions, commercial teams, operations, and corporate functions, making it one of the most visible and influential finance roles in the organization. You will join a highly collaborative team led by our Senior Finance Director, a long‑tenured and well‑respected leader known for developing talent and creating meaningful growth opportunities. The scope of this role has expanded from a regional focus to a truly global one, giving the incoming leader the opportunity to shape processes, elevate financial rigor, and drive standardization across markets. For someone who enjoys being a “player‑coach,” influencing senior executives, and translating data into clear recommendations, this is a strong platform for impact—and a role with a clear path to advancement within Baxter’s finance leadership.
