Job Description

Randstad Malaysia is partnering exclusively with a well-established, public-listed investment holding company with diverse business interests. We are seeking a strategic, commercially-minded, and highly meticulous Senior Finance Manager to oversee the group's financial operations, drive corporate compliance, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring strict compliance with MFRS, IFRS, and Bursa Malaysia listing requirements
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure full compliance with direct/indirect tax regulations, corporate governance standards, and coordinate internal/external audit processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance AND a professional certification
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Prior experience working within a Bursa-listed company or a large conglomerate is highly preferred
  • Experience in Audit (Big 4) is a strong advantage
