Job Responsibility

  • Lead all global financial planning activities, including the annual operating plan, forecasting, long-range planning, and month-end close
  • Serve as the primary finance business partner to the VP of Global Service, providing insights, recommendations, and decision support
  • Support commercial growth initiatives through pricing analysis, deal structures, customer and market analytics, and incentive program development
  • Drive standardization of financial processes, reporting, analytics, and governance across regions in alignment with broader Global Service initiatives
  • Develop and enhance operating expense reporting and forecasting models tied to revenue, workload, and operational drivers
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, tools, and models, with a focus on efficiency and stronger business partnership
  • Prepare and present monthly financial results with the VP of Global Service to the CCS Division President and Division CFO
  • Manage two direct reports and provide leadership to a broader matrixed team, including CoE partners and local country finance teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • CPA or other professional certification is a plus
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
  • public accounting or large public company experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, process management, and actuals reporting
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving outcomes in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present clearly and succinctly to executive leadership
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating across multiple teams, regions, or functions
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office
  • experience with JD Edwards or SAP is a plus

  • CPA or other professional certification is a plus
