In the Senior Finance Manager role, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the company’s financial, accounting, and controllership operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and tax legislation; guiding and mentoring the accounting team; contributing to financial strategies; overseeing group-level financial processes; managing cash flow and tax operations; ensuring internal controls and risk management; and collaborating with other department heads.

Job Responsibility

Monitoring and supporting the company’s financial, accounting, and controllership operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and tax legislation
Guiding and mentoring the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement
Contributing to the development and implementation of financial strategies that support overall business growth and sustainability
Overseeing group-level financial processes, ensuring alignment and consistency across entities
Managing cash flow and tax-related operations to secure healthy financial performance
Ensuring robust internal controls and effective risk management practices are in place
Collaborating with other department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred)
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven experience in managing accounting teams and leading cross-functional financial projects
Strong tax background, including hands-on experience in tax compliance, reporting, and interaction with tax authorities
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work strategically while remaining detail-oriented
