Job Description:

Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for partnering with the business to drive performance and value? Boston Hale is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across Professional Services and capital projects for a client in the Education sector. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring robust project governance, delivering insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, and championing cost control and efficiency across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, working at the heart of strategic decision-making and driving value through strong leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Lead financial planning and reporting for projects and professional services
Embed strong financial governance from project inception to post-completion
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing strategic decisions
Drive overheads and cost efficiency across capital and operational spend
Ensure compliance and develop policies on capital, depreciation, and expenditure
Identify and implement finance process improvements
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA is essential
