Job Responsibility:
Drive Financial Insights: Analyze financial performance and support leaders in identifying opportunities for resource optimization. Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Support Financial Operations: Manage month-end close activities and deliver recurring reports, forecasts, and presentations. Compare actual results against budget and forecast to inform future initiatives
Partner and Advise: Respond to partner inquiries with clear, data-driven insights. Contribute to long-range planning, variance analysis, and financial strategy using foundational Microsoft Finance principles
Leverage Data and Analytics: Use data mining, business intelligence, and advanced analytics—including predictive modeling and statistical techniques—to generate actionable insights. Continuously improve data collection and communication methods
Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Review financial documents and business processes to ensure alignment with company policies, legal standards, and reporting requirements. Provide guidance on documentation and policy interpretation
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on high-impact projects that evolve the finance function to meet the growing scale and complexity of the business

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry
