Senior Finance Manager Europe & Latin America

• Lead all regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives
• Partner with commercial- and operational-leaders to drive profitable growth and optimise financial performance
• Provide strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making at both regional and global levels
• Lead the implementation of corporate finance-initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment with global strategy
• Oversee pricing, margin-analysis and customer profitability-initiatives to support commercial strategies
• Drive financial evaluation of business cases, investments and new market opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales- & Marketing-teams to ensure financial rigor in commercial decisions
• Supervise cost accounting, inventory-valuation and manufacturing-finance across regional operations
• Ensure accurate product costing, cost control and variance-analysis in collaboration with supply-chain and operations teams
• Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and financial transparency in manufacturing and distribution sites
• Ensure the consistent application of corporate accounting-policies in line with IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Oversee the integrity and accuracy of regional financial statements and reporting-packages
• Monitor tax compliance across all regional entities, ensuring adherence to local tax-laws, transfer pricing-regulations and corporate guidelines
• Partner with internal and external auditors to ensure effective controls and compliance
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional Finance-team across multiple countries and cultures
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Act as a mentor and coach to Finance-leaders and key-talent within the region

• Master´s and/or Bachelor's-degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration - or a comparable qualification
• Additional professional accounting qualification/s (e.g. Wirtschaftspruefer/in (WP), CPA, ACCA, CIMA - or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Several years of progressive and relevant Finance-experience, including regional or multi-country responsibility
• Proven experience in commercial finance, cost accounting, and financial-controllership
• Strong understanding of IFRS, local statutory-reporting and international tax-compliance
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies
• Excellent communication-, influencing- and stakeholder management-skills
• Fluent in English
• Some business travel required

Proficiency in other European languages (especially in German) would be a plus
