Pricing is a critical function in the highly competitive devices landscape and requires a thorough understanding of unique market dynamics around the globe to maximize our first party revenue and profit opportunity. This role is responsible for partnering with our Consumer Sales and Marketing organizations and Go-To-Market as well as our field sellers and marketeers to develop and execute strategic creative pricing strategies to propel Devices sales and protect worldwide Devices gross margin. Job Responsibility

  • Partnering closely with Surface business planning, finance planning, marketing and sales to determine pricing frameworks throughout the product lifecycle to optimize share gains and profitability of the Devices portfolio globally
  • Driving business insights to support assumptions and inform pricing strategies to optimize margin goals, regional market nuances, and competitive benchmarking
  • Developing dynamic pricing models and compliant processes to support pricing integrity and agility to support new launch pricing as well as dynamic market situations such as tariffs, COGS impacts and foreign exchange fluctuations
  • Influencing program investments decisions and driving ROI (return on investment) evaluation

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
