This role is responsible for partnering with our Consumer Sales and Marketing organizations and Go-To-Market as well as our field sellers and marketeers to develop and execute strategic creative pricing strategies to propel Devices sales and protect worldwide Devices gross margin. Job Responsibility
Partnering closely with Surface business planning, finance planning, marketing and sales to determine pricing frameworks throughout the product lifecycle to optimize share gains and profitability of the Devices portfolio globally
Driving business insights to support assumptions and inform pricing strategies to optimize margin goals, regional market nuances, and competitive benchmarking
Developing dynamic pricing models and compliant processes to support pricing integrity and agility to support new launch pricing as well as dynamic market situations such as tariffs, COGS impacts and foreign exchange fluctuations
Influencing program investments decisions and driving ROI (return on investment) evaluation

Requirements
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
5+ years of work experience in a pricing, finance, or marketing role, preferably in the technology industry
Ability to act as trusted advisor and partner to marketing, sales and business planning. Executive maturity and balanced self-awareness.
Robust analytical/problem solving and communications skills
