We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager - Data Center Innovation and Strategy to support financial planning and controllership for Datacenter Design and Office of CO+I CTO.
Job Responsibility:
Support monthly/quarterly processes around close, forecasting, budget, and long-range planning functions across Datacenter Finance team and orchestrate more broadly across the finance organization
Support capital approval processes to support our growing Cloud business
Partner with engineering leaders on DC design, costing, value engineering and capital investments needed
Be a cultural champion for inclusion, growth mindsets, and establish culture and norms that support consistent quality employee and partner experiences
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience
Ability to collaborate and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organization, and creating effecting partnerships
Ability to achieve results through both individual and cross team efforts, to manage multiple projects at the same time, and to work effectively under deadline constraints
Proven ability to drive projects and analysis to closure in a collaborative and matrixed environment
Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, including: analysis, forecasting, planning, reporting, and developing financial models
Proficient written and verbal communications translating financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations
Nice to have:
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience
