Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with engineering and finance leaders to provide strategic insights that optimize resource allocation and investment decisions
Partner across engineering and finance teams to promote process excellence and continuously assess the overall health of the business
Develop and apply a holistic analytical framework and inclusive best practices across Finance to identify and anticipate trends
Deliver insights on business health to stakeholders, driving results through performance management, forecast accuracy, and collaboration with business leaders
Lead planning and budgeting processes with senior engineering leaders and stakeholders
Innovate financial data collection and evaluation methods to influence future decisions
Maintain a comprehensive system of accounting policies, procedures, and controls
Align audit teams and internal stakeholders, reviewing and discussing findings to drive compliance and continuous improvement
Influence leadership to uphold compliance standards across all financial reporting processes

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
2+ years work experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and demonstrated ability to perform accurate financial calculations
Nice to have:
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
