Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with engineering and finance leaders to provide strategic insights that optimize resource allocation and investment decisions
  • Partner across engineering and finance teams to promote process excellence and continuously assess the overall health of the business
  • Develop and apply a holistic analytical framework and inclusive best practices across Finance to identify and anticipate trends
  • Deliver insights on business health to stakeholders, driving results through performance management, forecast accuracy, and collaboration with business leaders
  • Lead planning and budgeting processes with senior engineering leaders and stakeholders
  • Innovate financial data collection and evaluation methods to influence future decisions
  • Maintain a comprehensive system of accounting policies, procedures, and controls
  • Align audit teams and internal stakeholders, reviewing and discussing findings to drive compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years work experience with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and demonstrated ability to perform accurate financial calculations
