We turn data into recommended direction for senior leadership, enabling Copilot products to meet/exceed their 12–18-month growth goals. This role helps define and operationalize our SMEC and SMB strategy, an essential pillar of our go-to-market approach and growth agenda in this space. Our AI Business Solutions Finance team partners across engineering, marketing, and sales to drive revenue and adoption growth of Copilot/AI products in Modern Work and Business Applications. We deliver actionable business insights and rigorous financial analysis to guide investments and growth for Copilot products. We develop competitive frameworks, set market share targets, and foster deep cross-functional partnerships to inform strategic decisions and accelerate Copilot adoption.   • Collaborate with cross functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, finance) to define key performance levers, set decision support frameworks, surface insights, and drive sustainable & profitable revenue growth

Maintain good pulse on competitive insights into the product landscape based on internal and external data to inform competitive position and drive growth actions for the business. Articulate findings into high quality actionable analysis and communications, facilitate executive decision making across finance, and stakeholder executive leadership
  • Implement process improvements through effective partnerships and a deep understanding of financial complexities within the AI space
  • Act as the growth agitation agent for the business
  • Translate data and analytics into a simplified engaging message with actionable insights. Facilitate a shared understanding and awareness of business partner situation

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ plus years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage competing projects/priorities in a dynamic fashion
