Job Description

Stanton House is working with a leading media business to hire into their Finance Analytics team. You will work on high-impact, often ambiguous business questions, using data to shape insights and drive commercial decisions. This team sits at the intersection of Finance, Commercial and Data, using analytics to support key business decisions and improve performance across revenue, cost and customer outcomes. You’ll work on complex, high-impact business questions, using data to generate insights and support commercial decisions. This involves shaping problems, analysing data from multiple sources, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You’ll also help prioritise high-value work, improve ways of working through automation and best practice, and make complex analysis accessible and impactful across the business

Job Responsibility

  • Partnering with stakeholders to define problems and translate them into analytical approaches
  • Analysing data (e.g. SQL, Excel, BI tools) to identify key drivers of performance
  • Delivering clear, actionable recommendations to non-technical audiences
