As the Finance Business Partner for our EMEA Distribution organisation, you will support financial reporting, sales and margin management, and cross-functional collaboration for the EMEA Growth markets. Reporting directly to the Senior Commercial Finance Director – EMEA, you will play a critical role in owning the financial position for the markets you support, while operating as a cross-market EMEA finance team to develop ways of working and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Support the financial reporting process for the EMEA Distribution business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of actuals
Assist in the preparation of reporting, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks across EMEA Growth markets
Perform detailed sales and margin analysis to help optimize regional financial performance and align with strategic objectives
Provide insights and recommendations on pricing, promotional strategies, and customer acquisition efforts
Partner closely with the commercial teams to support financial planning and ensure alignment with regional goals
Act as a regional liaison for the global Growth team, working on launches into new markets
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to support initiatives related to inventory management, go-to-market strategies, and promotional activities
Support the development and implementation of best practices for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the EMEA Distribution business
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
Assist in the creation and refinement of financial models to improve forecasting capabilities and strategic decision-making
Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects to address evolving business needs in the EMEA region
Provide financial decision support for new product launches, market expansion efforts, and other strategic initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering roles, preferably within consumer goods industries
Strong understanding of financial reporting, margin management, and sales analysis in an international or multi-market context (EMEA experience preferred)
Proven ability to work collaboratively across regions and functions, building strong partnerships with commercial, sales, and finance teams
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
