Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business performance? We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping financial decision-making across the organisation. In this influential position, you'll work closely with stakeholders, providing insightful analysis, commercial guidance, and strategic support to help drive sustainable growth and operational excellence. You will be based at either our Pembridge site in Herefordshire, or our Selby site in North Yorkshire. This is a permanent opportunity working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business from all functions
Providing timely, accurate and insightful information to assist stakeholders with decision making
Evolve the FP&A support that we currently offer to the business, especially commercially
Challenge key stakeholders where necessary with the aim of improving margins and efficiencies
Line manage 2 direct reports: Finance Business Partner & Management Accountant
Build a strong team ethos and ensure all processes are effective and efficient
Learning & Development plans for the team
Succession Planning
Identifying balance sheet risks & opportunities
Super user for the new consolidation system Tagetik
Assisting the FC to identify and build stronger processes across the Finance function to ensure better financial control & efficiencies
Performing checks and approving vendor payment runs
Reviewing and approving employee payrolls
Key contact for internal and external audit to ensure information being shared is clear and conscious
Deputise for the Financial Controller where appropriate
Requirements
An accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Experience working in a Finance Manager role within Kingspan or another company
Experience managing or supervising a team of employees
Demonstrate ongoing professional development
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experienced in the use of SAP or another Accounting system
Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills including MS Word and Excel
