Ready to drive financial insights and enhance the pricing and promotional framework for the UK & ROI optics business? As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll lead, develop, and coach a team of Finance Business Partners. You'll be at the forefront, collaborating with the Growth, Product, Contact Lenses, and Corporate teams across our UK & ROI optics business. The trading function sits at the heart of our operations, setting the pricing and promotional framework that meets customer needs, keeps us competitive, and helps us achieve our financial goals. You'll drive financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations on products, promotions, and key performance indicators. Enhancing performance and modelling the impact of changes to our pricing and promotional strategies will be a key part of your role. Partnering with the Directors of Growth, Product, Contact Lenses, and Corporate, you'll offer insights, challenge perspectives, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to drive performance. Your deep understanding of the pricing and promotion framework will be essential as you influence and shape enhancements across the business. By building strong relationships with the trading teams, you'll gain valuable insights into their plans and ensure a balanced approach that considers customers, partners, and the wider group. You'll be financially accountable for the annual plan and long-term strategy, partnering with Directors to deliver on commitments. You'll also support budget holders in understanding their performance and its impact on future forecasts, while providing ad hoc project support as needed.
