Job Responsibility
Be a key voice at the table as a core member of the Plant’s Senior Leadership Team.
Own the numbers — from P&L to balance sheet — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insight.
Drive performance by providing strategic financial guidance, influencing decisions, and holding teams accountable.
Lead planning cycles including monthly closes, forecasts, and annual/long-range plans.
Champion cost improvements and margin-enhancing initiatives across the plant.
Model investments and support business cases for new initiatives and capital projects.
Elevate financial acumen across both finance and non-finance teams.
Spot trends and opportunities for continuous improvement — and act on them.
Collaborate globally with FP&A, BBS, and other partners to modernize and streamline financial processes.
Requirements
A degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred).
8+ years of progressive experience in finance, ideally in manufacturing or operations.
Deep expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and capital analysis.
A track record of leading changes and influencing cross-functional teams.
Experience in matrixed, global environments.
Strong communication skills — you can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with Lean tools or continuous improvement frameworks.
You bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, with the confidence to challenge, the curiosity to explore, and the drive to deliver results.
